 Active Participation In Specially-Designed Programs and Seminars Stimulates A Heightened Awareness of Political and Social Issues As Well As An Increased Capacity To Craft and Lead High-Impact Projects. We Cultivate Skills That Are Beneficial In A Number of Settings and Transferable Across Sectors.

The YPBCA Operates A Variety of Programs in Workforce Development, Youth Development, Business Development and Entrepreneurship, and Diversity Promotion. 

 

Philanthropy 

 

Members of The YPBCA Understand That It Takes Personal Investments of Time, Talent and Treasure To Advance The Mission of The YPBCA Led By Our Birmingham, Bessemer, Huntsville, Mobile, Montgomery, and Tuscaloosa Chapters. Membership Dues Are Used For Special Events Hosted, While The Remaining Portion Is Used To Offset Operating Costs For The Progressive Black Council of Alabama (YPBCA) Movement. The Group Also Executes Affiliate-Sanctioned Fundraising Initiatives To Meet Its Goal.
