The Young Progressive Black Council of Alabama (YPBCA) was founded August 27th, 2016 For The Sole Purpose of Advancing Young Black Citizens of Alabama. YPBCA Gives Young Alabama Citizens A Voice When It Comes To Our State and Politics, As Well As National Issues Through Volunteerism, Philanthropy and Membership Development. We Harness The Talents, Drive and Compassion of Men and Women, Ages 21 – 40, To Generate Direct and Consistent Support For The Mission of The Young Progressive Black Council of Alabama (YPBCA) Which Is To Bridge The Gap Among Generations by Promoting Empowerment and Economic Development. The Young Progressive Black Council of Alabama (YPBCA) Carries Out Its Mission by Offering Highly Effective Programs and Services
